Walmart Supercentre

Classic walmart. Adequate parking spots the check out doesn't have much line ups. It doesn't sell any rotisserie chicken though. Properly stocked. Classic looking set up.

Very unhelpful staff. They don’t do anything to help you and don’t take the time to understand the issue at hand. The only thing that makes this store worthy of one star at all is the last cashier with burgundy hair named Diane. Lovely lady.

Staff were friendly but unhelpful. I attempted to exchange a warrantied item at customer service, the staff there could not do the exchange so they called the manager. I waited about 10 minutes for a manager. The manager asked me to come back tomorrow when a different manager was on because he did not know how to process the exchange.

*****TAKE A PHOTO OF ANY ADVERTISED DISCOUNT OR SALE PRICE BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CHECK OUT***** As other commenters have stated, This store does not follow consumer law pertaining to honouring the advertised price is there is a discrepancy when the item is scanned. Today I had the same experience as others when an item scanned and incorrect price and instead of giving the item for free, they lied and refused to honour the sale price, nor legislation. A printed sign (not a Walmart branded sign, but a plain white sheet with a price printed on it as they commonly do when seasonal items are placed on clearance) was on an entire bin of the same item for 99c (down from 4.97) and it magically vanished in the 2 minutes it took me to carry the item to check out and scan it. Except I had to wait 10 minutes for an associate to arrive, find the bin, and return to tell me that. She claimed the original sign of 4.97 "fell" which is not possible because it's connected to the display itself, and it was upright in the photo she showed me. I asked where the printed sign showing 99c was, which was COVERING that sign, and she claimed that there wasn't one. I walked to the back fo the store to check and they had removed it. So instead of either paying a dollar for a $5 seasonal dog toy AS ADVERTISED, or getting that one dollar item for free as the law dictates, they preferred to insinuate that I was lying to get a low value item for free (but only after standing there for 10 minutes), as I am spending $50 on other stuff.
